2024 rates

The house can accommodate up to 15 people (6 independent double bedrooms + a master bedroom with a double bed and two single beds ).
It is rented in full (privatized). Therefore, even if you are only 2 people, it is entirely yours !
The price includes all current expenses (heating, electricity, water, gas, internet, etc ...).
Do not hesitate to contact us for a personalized quotation of the tariff (WE, short stay, etc ...).
Minimum rental period: 2 nights. Except July and August: minimum 1 week from Saturday to Saturday.

Package for the household : € 100. Upon arrival cleaning will be done and the house will be clean and pleasant. When you leave, it is necessary to return the cottage as you found it so that the following tenants are as satisfied as you. Given the size of the house, we take care of the housework.

Bed sheets : Provided for stays of one week or more. For short stays, at your request, we can provide you with a sheet kit (1 top sheet, 1 bottom sheet, 2 pillowcases): flat rate of 18 € per bed / stay for laundry costs. This option is optional and you are free to bring your own sheets. Pillows, pillowcases, blankets and bedspreads are always provided.

Deposit or guarantee deposit : € 500. It is to give to the owner. It is not cashed and will be returned after inventory of places.

Tourist tax : (for the benefit of the Community of Communes of Banon) : 1,10 € / night and per adult (free for children). Rates of the tourist tax (PDF file)

We rent our house only to people who care and occupy the place as they would for their own home.
