Around

The house is surrounded by nature on a park of 2 ha, ideally located at 580 meters altitude, which allows after the summer heat, enjoy a pleasant cool night. After 2 years of restoration work, we have revived a piece of heritage of this region of Oppedette, high places of hiking and testimony of the dry stone : walls, huts (bories), sheepfolds ...

At the southwestern end of the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, bordering the Vaucluse, the house is located 20 minutes drive from the city of Apt, a quarter of an hour from Banon and 5 minutes from Simiane-la-Rotonde. It is located in natural park of Luberon, not far from the typical villages of Viens, Bonnieux, Roussillon, Rustrel and his famous colorado provencal, Gordes and so many others, which are so many magical places.

The property

The house is built on a ground floor plus two levels for an average area of 320 m2.

• 6 independent double rooms (bed 160cm x 200cm).
• An independent parental room containing a double bed (bed 160cm x 200cm) and 2 separate beds (2 beds 90cm x 200cm).
• A large bathroom containing two sinks, a bath and a large shower.
• 7 toilets in total and 4 bathrooms each equipped with a toilet, a sink and a shower.
• 2 umbrella beds and 2 high chairs for babies.
• A large living-dining room (50m2).
• Two offices and three libraries, including one for children.

The house thus offers a total of 7 independent rooms. Each room contains a wardrobe or closet / dressing room for storing personal belongings.

Equipment

• A private pool secured by a metal barrier and an alarm (open from 01/05 to 30/09.)
• A ping-pong (rackets and balls provided).
• A baby-foot (balls provided).
• A petanque court (balls not provided).
• An independent TV room equipped with a 43" LED TV and a DVD player.
• Very high speed WIFI access (FTTH) throughout the house.
• A large courtyard, equipped with a table and garden furniture directly overlooking the kitchen.
• A charcoal barbecue (charcoal not provided).
• Sunbeds to enjoy the sun.
• A reinforced Green'Up socket for recharging electric vehicles.

The kitchen is equipped with the following :

• A 5-burner gas hob (bottles supplied).
• A hood, a multifunction electric oven, a toaster.
• A dishwasher, two fridges / freezer, a washing machine.
• A microwave and an electric kettle.
• Raclette machines and mini pancakes.
• Three coffeemakers, including two classic (with filters - provided) and one with pod (senseo type).

And of course cutlery, plates, dishes, glasses, bowls, coffee cups and mugs in sufficient quantity.
